Int’l workshop on culture management

An international workshop on cultural policy and management in the context of globalization will take place in Hanoi on December 15-16.

The event draws the participation of cultural managers from France, the UK, Germany and Vietnam.

At the event, they will discuss forms of state assistance to cultural activities, how to build cultural infrastructure and improve the quality of life in big cities, and how to encourage the private sector to invest in culture in the long term.

In particular, international speakers will compare cultural management models of Vietnam and some European countries, and introduce some culture cooperation assistance programmes of the European Union (EU).

Besides, Vietnamese and European experts will exchange with each other successful factors in cultural policy that is likely to support Vietnam’s dynamic development in the future. (Source: VOV)
